Given the developing Coronavirus [Covid-19] situation, we would like to advise all our customers of the practical measures we are putting in place to respond in a proportionate manner. We are following the Government’s latest advice and will continue to do so.
Precautions at our premises
We have instituted appropriate measures in both our office and warehouse environments to ensure the protection of our staff and customers, including additional cleaning, supply of hand sanitisers and changes to our interactions with external visitors and deliveries.
At this time, all surveys will take place as planned. We will ensure that we contact customers to confirm appointments prior to attending. During the survey our surveyors where possible, will avoid entering occupied buildings. Our surveyors will follow government advice to limit contact with others.
Wherever possible, we will be replacing customer visits and face-to-face meetings, with increased use of technology, virtual platforms and phone calls to keep in touch.
Day-to-day business and operations
Our sales, quoting, order delivery and site installation procedures will continue as normal. Please continue to contact us in your usual way.
The measures we have detailed put people’s health and wellbeing first (both our own team and our customers), whilst also ensuring business continuity for our clients.
We are confident that we can continue to offer the same high levels of service and support that our customers have come to expect from us. We are taking the threat of disruption seriously and planning accordingly. We will continue to assess the situation daily and adjust our contingency plans, where needed.
